I’m going to put a review on here because hotels dot com told me that I couldn’t use the words “dump” or “disgusting” in my review on their platform. So, with that, this place is a disgusting dump. Not sure how it’s rated a 9 on hotels dot com or even a 4.4 on Google. It felt like I was staying in a crack house. Would not recommend. 0/5

Buena ubicación ,cercano a restaurantes y comercio. Recepcionistas amables y serviciales. Las habitaciones sencillas , algo calurosas ( aire acondicionado insuficiente) . Falta mobiliario en departamento con 2 dormitorios para 4 personas faltan sillas para sentarse. Tiene cocinilla y microondas . Hay que avisar para que se haga el aseo , un día curiosamente no se hizo uno de los dormitorios( Plop). Dan un mini snack al desayuno , debe solicitarse. Cumple , pero con lo justo. Pueden mejorar. Tiene estacionamientos disponibles.

The apartment (304b) we stayed in was dirty, markings on all walls, bathroom had mold, doors dirty and bed sheets with stains. After inquiring about cancellation we were told it was not possible. The desk assistant at night was not really interested. The man at the desk during the day was very friendly and helpful. Location is good with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The price is quite low but beware this place.

Large rooms, but it was a bad smell from smoking in my room. Beside the smell, the room was clean. Ok hotel if you are not planning to stay at the hotel.

Regretted staying here. We needed a 2 bedroom. The location is boring. There was nothing around the area. The service was, at best, perfunctory. The apartment was basic with barely any utensils in the kitchen so we coildn’t cook. The living room was small and uncomfortable to sit around for socializing. The weird part thst made us laugh was how indifferent the staff are. No smiles. No warm hello.
