We came to Ferrat Temuco because of a good experience at Ferrat Chillan. We are sadly disappointed that they do not provide the same level of service. We asked for a room with two beds, imagining that it would be two queen beds as with most hotels. The room with 2 beds is 2 tiny single beds. It’s a very narrow room with a tile floor. In the real world, maybe something you would see in a 2 star hotel or an expensive real estate city like NYC or Tokyo. We saw the room and asked for them to change to a king room (which was the same price). We travel a lot & we have had situations where we needed to change rooms before on 3 other and we have never had a problem (or a room inspection by any staff). Barbara at the front desk, insisted on a room inspection with photographs to determine if we would be allowed to have a change. We had ordered food when we checked in to the hotel. We quickly asked for a different room as soon as we got up to our room, and the food arrived before any change could be made. Awkwardly, our food sat in the hallway, getting cold during our room inspection. Because we had sat on top of the bed (and not moved any sheets) we were denied the ability to change rooms or

After spending a few nights at a very disappointing hotel in another area, arriving at this property was a breath of fresh air. The location is very central and felt safe, and the rooms were quite nice and spacious in my opinion. The only downside is that the property does not have a pool; however, they do provide access to a nearby gym, which was a nice alternative. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again if needed.

Overall ok place, but the room is very narrow for big pieces of luggage, and the reception does not answer the phone, neither the hotel line nor the listed number on Google. I had to go downstairs to ask questions, which I find inconvenient. Moreover, when I mentioned that I had been calling to the receptionist, and we tested it by calling in front of her, she did not apologize nor seem concerned that the phone does not ring for them.

The service was excellent add friendly. They gave us complimentary drinks at the bar, made recommendations for a.restaurant for our anniversary dinner. There is plenty of shopping in the area. When we returned after a wonderful dinner, there was a special treat waiting in our room. Wonderful experience. Recommend staying there if you’re in Temuco.
