Muy buen gimnasio, lo que podría mejorar es la ventilación, pero en general super bueno en todo aspecto. No hay día de prueba gratuito, pero el pase diario tiene un valor de 5000 CLP actualmente, lo cual es relativamente económico. Hace poco implementaron más poleas

Buen lugar para entrenar, voy de visita a Concepción y cuando he ido a entrenar siempre tienen buena disposición. Tiene las máquinas suficientes como para realizar un trabajo de pesas o cardio !

Buenas y bonitas instalaciones. Cuanta con 2 pisos con diversas máquinas, en buen estado. El personal y los entrenadores son amables y te ayudan según sea necesario. Cuanta con un espacio tipo cafetería. Recomendable.

El mejor gimnasio de concepción seguramente, tienen buen material, buenos horarios, variedad de máquinas, precios razonables. Faltarían discos fraccionados. Los espacios ahora se respetan perfectamente. Se puede practicar halterofilia sin ningún problema. Lejos el mejor gimnasio en concepción,
