Like the idea of using different and unfamiliar ingredients from different parts of Chile. However the seasoning and food presentation is not quite there for a fine dining restaurant. It’s good to try it once, as it’s interesting, but will I go there again for the food? Probably no. Service was great though, the atmosphere and decoration are lovely, venue is spacious, airy and relaxed. The unusual cutlery were difficult to use eg the spoons were thick and rounded so it’s impossible to scoop food easily.

Dining at Boragó was a truly singular experience. We opted for the vegetarian/vegan tasting menu, and the presentation was unlike anything I have ever seen—each dish was a unique work of art. While the flavors are undoubtedly tasty, the experimental nature of the menu means 'your mileage may vary' depending on your palate. The wine pairings were expertly matched with every course, enhancing the journey through Chile's diverse landscapes. A must for those seeking a Michelin-level adventure.

This place is unlike any dining experience we’ve ever been to. The food is art and performance at the same time. Local ingredients and local storytelling wrapped up together and the food was as good as it looks. That’s only part of the story though. The wine pairing featured some delicious and very expensive wines. It was worth it. Lastly, the staff was amazing. Very attentive the entire time. Each plate is brought out by a chef who explains the meaning, what it is and how to eat it. We noticed that they all know multiple languages and all explained in English when it clearly wasn’t their first language. Be prepared, it’s a lot of food with 10-12 plates and it’s rather pricey. But it lives up to the Top 50 in the World award! Also, you can take a tour of the kitchen if you want.

A really special experience if you love fine dining and discovering local flavours. The dishes were all excellent, especially the fish ones. It’s a shame though that the service felt very quick, dishes came one after the other very quickly and presentation seemed from a school book: the cook described the dish and then left with no human or spontaneous interaction at all. Aside from that the creativity is great and whilst the portions are tiny, the flavours are big.

We had their Summer set menu. The dishes are very creative and tasty, and the decorations of each dish are very pretty. You can choose from wine pairing, or non-alcoholic drink pairing. They were able to accommodate special diet requirements. At the end of our meals, they gave us the menu we had for that day. The servers were very professional, and attentive.
