We had a great meal there, and in desperation (generally poor Chilean beers) I discovered that Calafate (berries) beer is far better than the name would suggest. We also had some nice pisco sours as well. Pity that the nice and helpful waiter had the need to give us a silly story that original pisco is from Chile - "proving" it with a bottle of grape spirit not from Pisco (Peru) which was not allowed to call itself pisco - "because the real pisco is only from Chile", said he.... I did not spoil his fun by putting him straight :-)

Really lovely meal here. We especially appreciated the complementary appetiser and the steak was delicious. The service was also excellent; the staff took the time to explain about their local beers and make sure our meat was cooked to our liking. Couldn’t recommend more!

It’s very nice cozy bistro. Food is very good. So many choices and we want to try all of them. The portion of the food is just right. Love the Tiramisu, so yummy! For the price, there is no way we can get that much good quality food for this price in US. Service is awesome too. The staff, Belarmino speaks pretty English and no problem with ordering food. He provides very great service. We had a prefect dinner!

We turned up at 1730h and the Patron welcomed us in and said of course you can eat. He spoke very good English and found the menu for us on his tablet in English too. He was very professional, knowledgeable and chatty. The chef excelled - the courtesia of pumpkin soup and pica pica with fluffy bread squares was lovely, the Hake with vegetables and Salmon served on a hot gridle was perfectly cooked, with Chilean potatoes as chips- fluffy and light. Dessert of Creme brulée flavoured lightly with Yerbe Mate and Tiramisu were both excellent. Half a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc to go with the meal. Highly recommended.
