Es el peor delivery de alcohol en talca al que puedes acudir. Porqué? Las personas que te atienden no están completamente capacitadas para atender reclamos, sugerencias o dar respuesta cuando algo ocurre mal. Son capaces de no avisarte si algo sale mal, por ende tienes que estar encima para que tus productos lleguen a casa. Te exigen comprar productos de más porque según ellos hay un mínimo dependiendo de donde vivas, primero dicen un mínimo y luego dicen otro, entre ellos mismos no se ponen de acuerdo. Tienen una actitud un tanto prepotente, si les llevas la contraria son capaces de No venderte. Dato exclusivo : Trabajadores extranjeros, casualidad? Juzgue usted mismo. Botillería que promete mucho pero a la hora de la verdad decepciona bastante. Es por esto que una sola estrella para este pésimo local.

Un pésimo servicio, estuve esperando un pedido durante hora y media. Llame al rededor de 5 veces y me informaban que el pedido ya estaba en camino, cuando seguía en el local. Al intentarlo nuevamente para saber sobre el pedido me dijeron que iba en camino y que llegaba en breve, al llamar por última vez. Dijeron que no mandarían porque me rehusé a pagar el delivery por la espera. Pésimo servicio y muy prepotentes al responder.
