Pedí un chocolate caliente que según la mesera era bien espeso, pero al recibirlo el producto era básicamente leche achocolatada, por lo que decidí devolverlo. Lo decepcionante fue que en vez de resolver la situación de forma simple, el administrador dedicó varios minutos a explicar cómo se prepara un chocolate caliente y cómo debería haberse pedido uno realmente espeso, incluso diciendo que lo que yo quería era un flan. Esto se sumó a que la mesera afirmó insistentemente haberme dado información que nunca mencionó, dejándonos a mi pareja y a mí como mentirosos. La experiencia habría sido mucho mejor si se hubiera priorizado escuchar al cliente y buscar una solución en lugar de justificar el problema. Por el precio y la atención ofrecidos, recomiendo una cafetería como The Hub.

Fuimos y la atención es 10/10 las chicas fueron muy amables en pedir y traer la comida 🥰. Las opciones son variadas, la porción de torta que venden es enorme, solo con esos una persona puede quedar satisfecha. Pedí un café helado que estaba muy rico y una tostada con salmón y palta que llegó calentito ✨. Todo llegó muy fresco. Lo recomiendo ☺️

Pedimos un ciabatta Napolitano y un ciabatta Mechada Queso Palta Rucula y dos Chocolates Calientes Belga Grande con marshmallows. Fue todo perfecto: comida deliciosa, atención delicada y ambiente acogedor, volveremos sin dudarlo!

Muy rica comida, perfecto para ir a almorzar. Tienen menus, ensaladas y todo lo propio de una cafeteria. Hoy tuvimos la mala suerte de que se corto la luz pero fue mas para el final. La limonada muy rica y los platos abundantes. Lo unico es que hoy hacia calor y hubiese sido bueno que abrieran un poquito mas la terraza para que corra vientecito. El lugar es super lindo, tanto la terraza como la parte de adentro

It is one of my favorite coffee places in Concepción. The café helado is really good — the vanilla ice cream has a gorgeous flavor. My top recommendation is the chocolate caliente con malvaviscos — it’s simply amazing. The place is beautiful and the service staff is very kind. I’ve been to this coffee shop many times, and I plan to keep coming back. Tienen opciones sin gluten!!
