Quiero manifestar mi profundo descontento con la atención recibida. La experiencia fue francamente pésima, caracterizada por una falta de preocupación hacia el cliente, escasa disposición para resolver las dudas planteadas y un trato muy poco cordial, en especifico de la "señorita" que atiende a pubico llamada patricia que es pesima con los clientes.

Un lugar tranquilo, limpio y con deliciosos postres. El café es de buena calidad y la atención es muy cálida. El volumen de la música es suave para relajarse y conversar. Muy recomendable si llegas en tren a Chillán 😊

Pésimo local pedí por pedidos ya un desayuno y no era lo que esperaba de partida un cafe frío sin algún endulzante ni nada el pan frío ni se parecía a su foto y una Magdalena que parece que llevaba una semana preparada dura y migosa un asco lo que compre no lo recomiendo para nada 🤮

Excelente comida, muy sabrosa. El baño estaba muy limpio y bien ordenado. Fueron muy amables, el servicio fue excelente y la comida llegó rápido. Ambiente muy cómodo, nota 10.
