My husband bought a mango frappe to go and shared it with me. It was great. We went back after shopping to get another because we liked it so much and the second mango frappe we received was awful. It didn’t taste like mango, and it was very milky. We decided the second mango frappe tasted bad enough to say something, because we thought perhaps there had been a mistake while preparing it. When we explained the situation, the employees tried to say there was nothing wrong with the second mango frappe. So my husband explained that we had actually bought the exact same frappe less than 1 hour before and it tasted very different. The staff then got upset and claimed he was at the wrong cafe. So my husband pulled out the credit card receipt to prove he had recently been there and bought a mango frappe. This all seemed like a lot of work when we were just trying to tell them the frappe didn’t have any mango flavor!! Finally the employees said they would remake the mango frappe. Our third mango frappe was a little better than the second, but not as good as the first. TLDR: we ordered 3 mango frappes that were made by the same employees in the span of 1 hour and each one tasted drastica

Beautiful cafe outside the Mut Urban mall. Quality coffee. My friends got a delicious coffee that was more like a dessert: Pistachio latte and espresso pistachio with heavy cream. My Cappuccino was amazing. Nice and sophisticated vibe.

Italian coffee, at the very center of the city. Next to Plaza De Armas, it's one of the finest coffee in Santiago. Excellent service. Price is a little bit expensive, but coffee's quality and service deserves the cost. I highly recommend to taste the Hot Mocha.

You can taste actual coffee, well brewed and prepared, not bad pricing in comparison to Starbucks. Definitely not overpriced, good attention, well kept place, plus it feels cozy because of it's design. Must emphasize on the cappuccino I had, one of the best ones I've tasted in my life, especially here in Chile where there's a lack in the coffee industry, all cafés have same coffee branding, which is not bad, but it does takes away the opportunity to choose between them. Overall good service, clean place and perfect to chill or do some work.
