A superb place with very nice people!! I highly recommend it as a place to stay if you want to visit the valley and enjoy wines, a swimming pool and a very zen place with deers, German Shepards, horses and even a llama. We even fed the animals with the owner and a dog to help us. Internet was very reliable. The breakfast was very good and the large kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals during our 4 nights here, and even wash our clothes. The hosts helped us find the best places to visit and to get taxis. They even managed to drive us to the nearest metro station to go to the airport on our way out. Location wise, there is a small aupermercado about 5 mm in walk from there, and a large one 35-40 min walk away (or 7 min taxi). There was also a fruits and vegetable stand just in front with the typical stamp foods found in Chile. All in all, a fantastic experience which I recommend to international travelers for an original place to stay.

Worst experience ever, and i traveled A LOT. The owner, Mr. Daniel, is totally unprofessional. After a long drive to get there, and after making the Down payment one week in advance and having the confirmation, we reach there, the wife(i suppose) start the process of collecting thepersonal data. When reaching to pay the remaining amount , Daniel shows up and he realizes in that moment that he overbooked and he can't lodge us anymore. When asked how is this possible he is starting to blame his employees with no reason whatsoever because he was the one who made our booking and the other ones were made thru booking.com. When i told him this is totally unprofessional he tells me that i should thank him that he is trying to find an alternate solution for us. It took, snapping at him and telling him that he is totally rude, passing the blame on others doesn't change the end result, and that he owes us an apology, for him to come down to earth and apologize for the inconvenience. Luckily we found last minute a wonderful place called Casa Primal Lodge, with wonderfully personel and owners, the food was heavenly delicious and the service was perfect. If there was no star option i would have chosen it. The owner Daniel Pirieto takes my reservation privately, asks for a down payment of 100,000 CLP. He receives the down payment and confirms my reservation one week before our planned stay. We drive 1 hour with a 7 months baby to get there , received by a lady that took our chekin details for 30 minutes. Then arrives Daniel and informs us that he cannot host us because #booking.com has priority and they have to give them our room. Daniel offers to show us another place that he does not even know the name. We went there and the place was fully booked. All this happened and not a small apology from Daniel till after my wife reminded him to apologize. This is our first worst experience ever with unprofessional people. Thank you Daniel because your failure to run your business and your rudeness and lack of courtesy made us discover San Alfonso in Cajon del Maipo which is way better than spending it in your dry empty place.
