Very nice spot and friendly staff However I ordered a vegan soup and they served a cheese slices with it . Could not know that unless I asked and they admit it . Vegan by definition means no cheese also !

Quite disappointed. We ordered 2 Sur Italy. After waiting 40 minutes, we were told that the burrata was frozen (burrata must NEVER be put to freeze). We said we would have them without the cheese and they said they would add eggs. Quite a long time after our dishes arrived, without most of the other ingredients...it only had eggs and some quesillo. When we asked about the prosciutto, they brought us only 3 very thin slices.... definitely barely enough for one....and we ordered 2. No tomatoes, no rucula. When we asked for the bill, the FULL amount for a "less than acceptable" dish, no explanation, nor apologies. The place is very nicely set and the menu is very tempting. We used to be regular customers when Dino's was in the same place. We were hoping their replacement would have been for the better.

Nice restaurant, there's two ambients: one cafeteria-like, for snacks and quick bites on the first floor, and another more refined for dining and 'almuerzos' on the 2nd floor. The food is pretty good, if a little expensive; in order to save money, I recommend looking at their 'prato do dia' (ie, daily special) which nonetheless is *not* on the menu (you have to ask the waiter/waitress specifically about it).

The place is a fiasco , the waiter is the worst, he does not clean the tables and he did get absolutly wrong my order. I at least thoght that the food could be outstanding, but it sucked. The meat was dry and hard, and the rest very bad (the bread was good..). Everything happend in 1 hour, so i waited 1 hour for the food and the place was empty. This place is really expensive too, so if you happen to make the same wring decision to eat here, take a lot of money too.
