Mi experiencia con esta clínica dental ha sido muy negativa. Considero que existe un trato discriminatorio hacia los clientes, lo cual es completamente inaceptable en un servicio de salud. La atención por parte de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear, mostrando poca disposición para ayudar y una actitud poco profesional. Mi esposo se atendía en esta clínica, pero debido a la evidente desigualdad en el trato hacia los pacientes, decidió retirarse y no continuar su tratamiento en este lugar. No recomendaría esta clínica a otras personas, ya que la calidad humana y el respeto hacia los pacientes son fundamentales, y aquí claramente no se cumplen.

Excelente atención en la clínica. El personal muy amable y profesional. Destaco a la Dra. Gutiérrez por su dedicación durante el procedimiento. Aunque el costo es un poco más alto que en otros lugares, la calidad y el tiempo de atención lo valen totalmente.

Pésimo servicio. Mi mamá se realizó un costoso tratamiento de implantes en esta clínica. Sin embargo, a solo dos años, tres de los implantes del mismo lado se cayeron, mientras que en el otro lado no ha tenido problemas. Al acudir de inmediato en busca de una solución o garantía, lo único que recibió fue un nuevo presupuesto de $1.400.000, totalmente imposible de pagar. No hubo ningún respaldo ni solución, lo que demuestra una total falta de responsabilidad. Hoy mi mamá sigue con el problema. Los tratamientos dentales son una inversión grande que se hace confiando en que todo saldrá bien, pero en este caso fue prácticamente botar el dinero.
