No contestan el teléfono he llamado más 7 veces necesito pedir una hora y no se molestan en atender el teléfono.

Pésima atención de la secretaria del módulo 3 . Responde de mal humor...cuestiona lo que otra secretaria afirma... Sin empatía por los que acuden a un centro medico

Yo he visitado en muchas ocasiones ese centro de salud con mi abuela y yo ambas hemos tenido muy buena respuestas de todo en cuanto a secretarías, solicitud de horas por teléfono,en espera, en calidad de atención del personal médico y de enfermería excelente

Buenos días, el motivo de mi calificación es porque las secretarias al llegar atienden muy mal. He ido en 4 oportunidades o más a distintos médicos, pero siempre las secretarias están de mal humor o simplemente no tienen ganas de atender. Todos podemos tener un mal día,pero que todas atiendan mal o que sea en tantas oportunidades seguidas es raro. No entiendo que siendo un centro de salud,donde la gente acude porque de verdad lo necesita o están mal contraten gente así. Las secretarias no miren cuando uno les pregunta algo,no responde y además,incluso uno siente que está molestando. En una oportunidad viajé desde Antofagasta para atenderme y no me avisaron que el médico no atendía el día que reserve,perdí el viaje y además la señora que me atendió casi me pego con lo que me dijo. Espero mejoren drásticamente,ya que estoy segura que mucha gente piensa igual. Saludos.

Cuando hay horas tomadas si el medico falla no son capaces de avisar al paciente . Es el colmo q se caguen por una llamada de aviso .asi uno evitaria de hacer el tony.
