Quiero hacer público esto tengo una hermana que tiene unas enfermedades de cuidado toma muchos remedios con receta retenida lo cual siempre el consultorio le estrega menos remedios lo cual en el sobre aparece todo bien y dentro bienen menos hay una persona en farmacia que se esta pasando de lista mi madre a puesto reclamos pero sigue sucediendo ojo

Horrorosa Experiencia. Persona que atiende en OIRS maneja menos información que quien pregunta, sale a hacer consulta y no vuelve ya que dispersamente se queda conversando con CUALQUIER persona a su paso. Por otro lado quien atiende en oficina GES (ex AUGE) un asco! No saluda, te atiende hastiada, con cara de odiar ese lugar y a ti por ser paciente, ella debería ser alguien amable y empática ya que ahí va gente ENFERMA por ej con cáncer. Hace 17 años que no iba a este consultorio, ahora recuerdo porqué.
