Muy mala atención de la secretaria esta mas pendiente de su celular y en estar metiendo conversa y no da bien las horas y después de star 2 horas esperando sale que se equivoco y no hay hora

Deben aclarar si es por hora o orden de llegada mi hora era a las 12:00 la hora y me atendieron a la 13:00 aun llegando 20 minutos antes
