Se atrasaron casi 30 minutos en atenderme. Me dieron el diagnostico y me tenían que poner gasa pero no tenían tijeras para cortarla. Qué centro médico no tiene tijeras?

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Pésima experiencia. Solicité una hra en dermatología con la doctora Julie de León. Primero, la atención de la persona en recepción fue pésima porque no era capaz de decirme qué horas tenían disponibles. En cualquier centro médico te dicen tengo tales horas y uno elige una. Le dije que iría a las 3 de la tarde y llegué puntual. Entiendo que las horas médicas pueden tardarse un poco porque hay un paciente antes y por eso elegí las tres porque es el horario de atención después del almuerzo en el que no hay pacientes antes (porque no tenía mucho tiempo ya que también trabajo como todos). Casi una hra tuve que esperar a la doctora a que llegara y ni siquiera fue capaz de pedir disculpas por la demora. Llegó con una actitud de diva como si el tiempo de los demás no importara, solo el de ella. Luego de la consulta, me indicó que en recepción me entregarían el presupuesto de mi procedimiento. Al bajar, la persona no supo decirme cuánto me iba a costar todo porque no tenía los códigos. Le sacó una foto a mi orden y me dijo que me enviaría durante la tarde el valor. UN MES ESPERE A QUÉ ME LLEGARA LA COTIZACIÓN. Me contacté con la clínica un mo

Such a wonderful group! I came down with Sinus and ear infection while visiting Puerto Natales. Highly recommend going to the clinic here instead of hospital if you can. Very clean and nicely presented clinic. Easy to get to as well. We used Google translate to communicate. Wonderful and totally stress free visit with very agreeable fees. Thank you so very much!
