Mala atención señora de Óptica, pague más de 50 mil pesos por "unos lentes buenos" y me dieron unos chuecos, ise mi respectivo reclamo y no obtuve solución, me dejaron hablando sola, muy arrepentida estoy de comprar mis lentes hay

La atención de los profesionales excelente (oculista y otorrino) PEEEERO.. Las señoras que atienden la óptica se nota que van a puro conversar. Las interrumpí para que me atendieran y lo primero que me dice es que consulte lentes de contacto.. uso lentes ópticos desde los 8 años y los primeros siempre los compré ahí. Quería repetir el ritual pero parece que no querían trabajar las mujercitas. La que me atendió fue desagradable, le pedí ver dos lentes y solo por querer ver otro guardaba todo... Literalmente estaba solo yo ahí para ser atendida pero su mala voluntad me hizo ir a cotizar a otros lugares. Bueno, al menos ya se que en la óptica no atienden bien.. Aún así mis felicitaciones al centro, fue emocionante ir después de tanto tiempo y ver cómo han crecido en estos años.
