Los resultados de examenes se demoran mas de una semana! Y no avisan al llegar, sino hasta que te toman la muestra. No responden el telefono ni al correo. Pesimo servicio.

Pesima atención, necesitaba un examen urgente para mi hijo, y me llaman para decirme que los resultados se tardarán 3 días mas porque la radiologa presentó licencia... Que pasa si la señora presenta licencia por 15, 20 o 30 días? Debo esperar todo ese tiempo por un resultado? Definitivamente nunca mas! Primera y ultima vez que vamos a ese lugar!

Pésima atención en procedimiento Endoscopia Gástrica, sedación nula , tiempo de espera para efectos de sedación nada, paciente informando con gestos el malestar y los "profesionales" a cargo del procedimiento completamente ajenos a la situación. Al reclamar por la falta de sedación la "Asistente" en forma muy atrevida y agresiva no supo dar una explicación coherente. A la sala de pseudo recuperación ingresó el guardia del establecimiento. O sea todo mal.

Si el call center no contesta tras varios intentos un día de semana a las 11,30 de la mañana, cuántas estrellas merece? Si es que, 1. Actualiza; increíble que aún se usa el sistema de cola y no la opción de obtener número. Para qué hablar de tomar número vía aplicación

puros comentarios negativos, AÑOS que la gente piensa lo mismo.... mala atención, no atienden nunca los teléfonos, los médicos que no respetan los horarios, las secretarias que atienden como si nos hicieran un favor, etc..... me pregunto.... si piden opiniones... si algún día están dispuestos a empezar de "0" y cambiar esa terrible imagen que todos tenemos. Por mi parte, pido hora en cualquier parte.... y, en Cruz Médica siempre, pero SIEMPRE, SERÁ MI ÚLTIMA ALTERNATIVA. ojalá nunca tener que recurrir a ustedes
