La recepcionista atiende de mala forma, no es resolutiva y tiene mal trato hacia la gente. En lo personal no dan ganas de volver con ese trato y menos atenderse ahí. 11/03/2025

Ubicación privilegiada en el centro de Villa Alemana. Tiene variadas especialidades médicas, dentales, laboratorios, etc. NO posee estacionamiento para pacientes, pero cuenta con ascensor hasta el 4to. piso.

Pesimo dermatólogo el sr hugo Morales pesima atención y trato despectivo hacia las personas, no se le podían hacer preguntas porque respondía horriblemente mal, el tratamiento recetado no fue nada eficaz por lo que tuve qe pagar a otro dermatólogo el cual me atendió espectacularmente en comparación y su tratamiento si dio resultados.

Mi madre fue víctima de un trato poco digno, es discapacitada y ni siquiera le ofrecieron silla de ruedas para poder subir en el ascensor, ella anda en un vehículo eléctrico por su problema a las piernas y el personaje que "atiende" en la entrada teniendo a mano una silla de ruedas no se la ofreció y además se ofendió por que mi madre le dio una respuesta que "le pareció mal" las preguntas que le hizo fueron de forma discriminatoria, ante la situación mi madre optó por irse del lugar.
