De entrada pésimo, uno tiene que estar rogando para que te tomen en cuenta, atienden a otros antes sin si quiera avisar que están o no gestionando la llegada del paciente. Porque hasta se habían olvidado que nos tenían que atender. Ni si quiera te miran a la cara, te ignoran derechamente sin escrúpulos. Pésima atención, uno está pagando por un servicio digno y ni las buenas tardes dan. Llaman en la mañana sin previo aviso para confirmar la hora. Nunca nos avisaron que iban a llamar para estar atentos. Y encima nos dicen si podemos venir mañana y ¿cómo justifico en mi trabajo si pedí permiso para venir? De verdad no estaba segura si venir porque siempre me atiendo en Integramedica donde es súper buena la atención, rápida y cordial. Venir al Centro de salud y rehabilitación Talcahuano San Cristobal fue el peor error. No lo recomiendo para nada, de verdad si están pensando en asistir a este centro, no lo hagan para evitarse malos ratos.

Pésima atención de ambas secretarias, sobre todo de Sandra, descortés el momento de la atención, faltas de respeto, y cero cordialidad. Cada pregunta que hice de forma presencial fue contestada negativamente y sin dar solución al respecto. Niegan entrega de ficha clínica al propio usuario que la exige. Además citan a todos los usuarios a la misma hora y esperas horas para la atención. De verdad que no lo recomiendo. Además de las atenciones de los profesionales, el psiquiatra nisiquiera se dió el tiempo de escuchar a mi madre sobre la situación. Espero de verdad que la gente no pierda el tiempo de venir a este lugar

Pésima la organización del centro médico, citan a todos los pacientes a la misma hora 13:00 hrs.(Pediatra). No son capaces de hacer una lista para priorizar la atención.
