Had to see a doctor and a lovely lady helped me get an appointment, she wasn't employed by the medical centre but helped us anyway! She was a gem, and helped me get a good doctor who prescribed me a cream that sorted the issue promptly.

I'm don't tend to visit the doctor, but when I have in redsalud the doctors are ALWAYS late. Today, I was supposed to have a date at 12:10. It's almost 13:00 and I'm still waiting. It's and awful system, and they pretty much let you know they don't care about your time.

I came here needing an antibiotic for an infection. Staff was very patient with my Spanish. I was able to walk in with no appointment, be seen by an English-speaking doctor, get labs done, and fill my prescriptions all within an hour. Private pay still cost less than it would’ve in the US with insurance. Highly recommend for foreigners.

I was only in santiago for a few days and I had an issue to get checked out. I was able to walk in and be seen by an English speaking doctor within an hour without an appointment. Everyone was extremely friendly, it was clean, it was cheap (by American standards).
