TODO servicio de salud debe tener un número de teléfono el cual FUNCIONE todo el tiempo, pero en el servicio público, sobretodo en los cesfam no hay caso, no están preocupados ni comprometidos con el bienestar de las personas, son una farsa!

Muy mala la atención con una TENS con complejos de superioridad, tuvieron a mi madre esperando por prolongado tiempo en ayunas para su atención, cabe recalcar que mi madre tiene DIABETES y en cualquier momento se descompensa. Avisamos las situación y al momento de atender a mi madre esta señora TENS la atendió de mala manera aludiendo: "No atenderemos a nadie más, porque reclaman mucho". Mi madre le responde: "Pasé demasiado tiempo sin comer. La TENS con prepotencia le pone el parche luego de extraerle sangre. Para mejorar la atención deberían atender preferentemente a personas crónicas y adultos mayores.

Agradece a la personal de some, tens porteria, doctor Carrizo y su tens colaborador, por su cordial y muy buena atención para con mi suegra ( 86 años) de edad. La lleve con un malestar broncopulmonar y desde mi llegada nos recibieron y acogieron con mucho cariño , es por esto y por como hacen sentir tanto al paciente como a mí como acompañante que agradezco su magnífica atención. 15 de Septiembre de 2020.
