Hoy pasamos a comprar unas zapatillas, nos atendio uno de los vendedores el más joven, el súper amable y disponible para ayudar en lo que necesitábamos pero el otro vendedor más el cajero estaban con un caracho que dieron artas ganar de salir de la tienda siempre mirando enojado y sin interés en apoyar al cliente. Solo nos quedamos por la atención amable del joven que siempre ayudo, al momento de pagar las zapatillas el cajero no nos pregunto con que medio de pago ni nada, se le tuvo que decir, cuando se le dijo tarjeta asumió que era de crédito y era débito y siempre enojado, se le hacían preguntas por otros productos para el cuidado de las zapatillas y su respuesta siempre fue un nose nose nose.

Pésima experiencia. Compré unas zapatillas el martes 29 de noviembre, y recien el martes 6 de diciembre me contactan diciendo que no tenian stock y que me iban a devolver el dinero. Como tan paupérrimo de no saber actualizar su página, en verdad un asco en todo sentido.

El pasado Cyber Monday, 1 de junio de 2021, compré unas zapatillas en esta tienda, confiando en que cumplían con su política de devoluciones. Recibí las zapatillas, sin embargo, me quedaron grandes y solicité devolverlas a través de su sitio web, solicitud que nunca respondieron y tampoco responden el Whatsapp, ni el Instagram ni el Facebook. Así que NO COMPREN EN ESTA TIENDA porque no les aseguran la devolución de su dinero en caso de algún problema.
