Pésima experiencia. Ayer 29/07/2026, a las 18:00, llevé a mi hija de 10 años para la 1era consulta DE DIAGNÓSTICO con la, supuestamente, odontopediatra Ivonne López Florez. DIAGNÓSTICO tiene un significado claro. La Dra. Ivonne le sacó 2 dientes a mi hija sin consultarme a mí ni a ella, y aún cuando yo estuve todo el tiempo allí, lamentablemente confié en la especialista y en la razón de la consulta: DIAGNÓSTICO. Mi hija salió muy mal de la consulta, vulnerada totalmente, y yo en blanco. No podía creer que esta persona, que no tiene NADA de tacto para tratar con menores, le haya hecho ese daño a mi hija. La Dra. Ivonne no es odontopediatra, y el centro Biozellen no debería promocionarla como tal. La falta de ética de esta persona y del centro Biozellen es profundamente indignante. Para el lector, pondré una denuncia ante la Superintendencia de Salud por la vulneración al derecho a la información y el consentimiento informado.

Muy buena la atención, me realicé una limpieza facial con Paulina y 10/10 además tomé el servicio de spa duo con mi madre y fue un momento muy agradable y relajante! Lo recomiendo!!

Hasta ahora puedo hablar solo de la dwpilacion laser. Si bien al inicio hubieron temas con los horarios; ya llevo un tiempo y tengo que decir que la atención es 10/10. Creo que me atendere aquí por mucho tiempo. Cumplen con los horarios. Las chicas que atienden, todas siempre fueron muy amables y profesionales. Las personas de la recepción siempre te guían y saludan de buena manera. La limpieza y orden tambien se notan, asi que todo bien aquí.

Me atiendo hace tiempo en la clínica con el doc Orellana y siempre he tenido una experiencia maravillosa, te atienden muy bien, responden a tus dudas y siempre con excelente atención, un equipo muy humano, divertido y empático. Yo como una paciente un poquito dispersa, olvidadiza, impuntual y muy preguntona jajaja me voy a la segura con Biozellen 💚
