Muy mala experiencia con RedSalud Arica, anteriormente Megasalud. Me vacuné en ese centro contra Hepatitis B, pero mi esquema no fue ingresado al Registro Nacional de Inmunizaciones (RNI). Actualmente esto me está generando inconvenientes en mi trabajo, ya que me solicitan el certificado oficial del RNI y no aparece el registro correspondiente. Además, ha sido difícil obtener una solución, ya que no existe contacto online ni telefónico directo con la sucursal de Arica. Al comunicarme con el call center de Santiago, solo me indicaron que tendría que vacunarme nuevamente, sin mayor orientación ni disposición real de ayuda al cliente. Espero que RedSalud pueda revisar mi caso y ayudarme a regularizar esta situación, ya que como paciente cumplí con vacunarme y ahora necesito que el registro quede correctamente informado.

Pésima atención. Nunca me habían atendido con tanto desagrado. Me da la impresión de que solo querían sacarme dinero de la manera más descortés y grosera. Si tienen la oportunidad de ir pierdansela. Pensé que solo había sido mala suerte, pero les di la oportunidad de atender a mi hermano y fueron groseros con él, luego con mi madre y luego con mi padre.
