La atención es muy impersonal, fui por una evaluación en donde me hicieron pagar por un set de radiografías que al final de la cita no podía llevarme, que eran solo de uso interno y si tomaba un tratamiento ahí , y que para poder hacerlo tenía que pagar $17.000 mil pesos adicionales a lo que ya había pagado, condición que nunca me informaron al momento de llegar y pagar el monto inicial, cosa que demuestra la pésima recepción y falta de información de la recepcionista. Solicité hablar con un supervisor y no había nadie más para solucionar ese tipo de problemas, que solo se presentaba los lunes la encargada y me dieron solamente un horario de 10 a 17 pm que podía ir a hablar con ella (no agendaron una cita, ni me dieron el número de atención de la Srta, solo un correo). Me hicieron llenar un formulario donde presentaba mi reclamo y decidí esperar la respuesta de esto, a lo que solo me respondieron que tomarían en cuenta mi situación para “reforzar sus estándares en el ámbito de la comunicación”. Quiero destacar que el trato de parte del personal es muy indiferente, sin interés en darte mayor solución o darte una respuesta apropiada (que no hay encargado para revisar esas situaciones

Una experiencia malisima, no atienden a la hora, te cambian dentista. Y te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor, para nunca más!! Y para más rematarla te contestan que llenen un formulario por aquí en donde el link no funciona y tampoco se puede copiar. Sean serios porfavor....
