Pésimo! Mi abuela fue dos veces a urgencias por neumonía y desmayos, se dedicaron a sacarle plata con mil exámenes, hospitalizaciones y nunca nos dieron un diagnóstico, ahora en un hospital público nos dicen que tiene un trombo pulmonar que es muy grave, no fueron capaces de detectarlo con los mil exámenes que le pidieron? Evíte ir a urgencias de este lugar, puede salir en un cajón

Ayer jueves 02 de julio, agende en la mañana con el celular hora para médico, para la misma jornada y fue todo muy fluido, rápido, con buena atención y mucho antes del medio día ya estaba claro con la cita médica. El único detalle es en las máquinas Totem, me da la impresión que el lector de huellas no es de muy buena calidad.

Si pudiera les pondría muchas más estrellas. Las niñas del call center muy atentas muy claras y eficientes. Las niñas de ventanilla para abonar bonos, siempre nos han recibido con una sonrisa. La doctora que lleva el caso de mi hija muy empática, directa, se tomó el tiempo de explicarle todo, hasta qué cambios físicos iba a sentir con su tratamiento. Análisis de laboratorio, unas sonrisas hermosas las chicas, delicadas y también le explicaron el procedimiento de toma de muestra. Recepción, guardias e incluso cruzamos una señora de aseo y fue muy amable, excelente el equipo que ha estado los días que teníamos hora.
