During my trip to Patagonia, I had to visit this clinic. I don’t speak Spanish, and the front desk associate (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name) was very helpful and assisted me on both the first and second day. Moreover, the ophthalmologist, Dr. Mario Cardenas, came in to help on his day off. He is a true professional and a kind person who took my problem seriously. The team is excellent, and the level of knowledge of the doctors and staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

This hospital experience was excellent! I have been traveling in Chile for a week when I started experiencing vision problems. I needed to get an urgent evaluation. They provided a really nice translator who was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr. Muñoz was excellent - he understood exactly my problem and did a thorough exam. Thank goodness my situation was not worse, but if it had been, I would have trusted the doctor completely. Everyone at the hospital was welcoming, professional, and considerate. I definitely recommend this hospital.

Do not go here if you are a foreigner. I was ill for weeks and eventually was sent here by a local doctor. They provided a translator who was great but the doctor didn't listen to what was actually being said and ignored the fact I previously had an infection with a parasite which I thought had come back. They informed me I would need a CT scan (expensive and unnecessary) which I declined and decided to get blood tests which were abnormal for me due to a pre-existing health condition which I also explained to them. I was then gaslit by the doctor who said that everything was fine even though it wasn't and they did not listen or accept my previous medical history or the fact I work in the medical field so understood the processes. I then went to an independent laboratory for a parasitology test which confirmed my initial suspicion, that the infection was back. Had they actually treated me appropriately I would have gotten the medical treatment I needed much quicker and not had to pay for further tests and doctors consultations. I wasn't going to complain publicly but I tried to complete their online claims form which was impossible and feel it's important to warn other travellers of

I hope this review reaches the wonderful doctor, nurses and radiographers at this hospital. I was on a cruise needing a CT scan to diagnose neck swelling and pain. They were all marvellous and thank goodness for Google Translate. Muchos Gracias

This clinic provided excellent care when my wife had an accident. They were courteous, respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t have been able to continue our honeymoon without them, and we are very grateful to the team of Dr Delich. Highly recommended!
