I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was happy to find it wasn't crowded. I was triaged fairly quickly and billing had no issue that I didn't have a RUT. I was appreciative that the doctor took my medical history when diagnosing me. The nurse who did my blood draw was courteous and helpful. I was in and out in about two hours. Highly recommended!

Excellent emergency service. Attended with my partner. Quick triage, assessment by Dr and pain relief. All staff were amazing, especially Dr Vazquez and nurse (I think his name was Victor) who were able to speak to us in English and explain everything that was going on. My partner was quickly diagnosed with kidney stones and they were able to get us an urgent appointment with a urologist. Thank you.

I came to Red Salud for a PCR-test (which I needed for a flight), but I guess they lost my result somehow, because my husband got his result in time and I didn't (we were tested at the same time). So I called them several times and told them, that it was urgent, but they didn't care. In the end I had to cancel my flight and go to another company for another PCR-test. I kept asking Red Salud about my result (they refused to refund my money) and after a few weeks, they sent me a result via email. I'm not sure, if it was really my sample... So I just can advise against going to Red Salud if you need a reliable company!

On April 4, 2017 my husband was admitted to Clinica Valparaiso with severe pain. Although we do not speak Spanish, all the staff were so kind and patient with us and there was even a translation program to help. Dr. Rodrigo quickly diagnosed a kidney stone and arranged a urulogist to do surgery later that night. All the nurses in Emergency were efficient but Constanza (I hope I spelled her name right) was so supportive and once my husband went to surgery, she made sure a taxi was arranged for me to return to the hotel. A nursing instructor on the inpatient unit even drew me a map to the closest Pharmacy so I could get the prescription filled. After an overnight stay, and only because of everyone's efforts, we were able to embark on our scheduled cruise the next day. I do not believe we could have had any better care in Canada and we are both thankful to all the doctors and nurses at Clinica Valparaiso.
