The clinic is well implemented it is a shame that they are not running the pet hotel anymore. The staff was super super friendly and super capable . The vet Sofia was able to take a blood sample from.my cat with only the two of us and a Churu xd and my cat didn't even blink ( in our previous experiences in other clinics, my cat once passed out from the stress, so Sofia is my hero from now on haha. They also explained things super well and took super good care of both my dog (ear consultation) and my cat (geriatric consultation). Ps. I'm also a vet although I don't practice, so I know what I'm talking about the state of the clinic and the services provided by their employees
