Basico,pesonal amable pero falta un mejor equipamiento que permita acceder a otras prestaciones(rayos x,laboratorio, cirugia...) Y aunque haya que pagar un valor ,que este sea competitivo y mucho menor a otras clinicas particulares.

Es una muy buena alternativa para los vecinos de Puente Alto que no cuentan con los recursos para una veterinaria particular. La evaluación negativa se relaciona con: 1. No existen los medios y al presupuesto para brindar una mejor atención a gatos y perros (operan sin dormir al animal, hay que llevar bolsa de basura y un rollo de toalla nova. En las coordinaciones no señalan el tamaño de ambos elementos). 2. Percibí una atención tosca, fría e impersonal hacia los vecinos y vecinas. 3. La oficina de atención es oscura y lúgubre. Más parece la atención de la recepción de un cementerio. 4. La aplicación de anestesia es en la sala de espera. Hay perros y gatos que en ocasiones vomitan sobre el piso. No me percaté de personal de aseo que limpie el piso en estas ocasiones o con cierta periodicidad.

Muy buena la atención. Conseguí hora por teléfono (cuesta bastante). El lugar el bastante bonito y limpio. Hay que llegar con anticipación porque a pesar de tener hora igual hay tiempo de espera, Pero vale la pena.

Han atendido a mis hijos felinos muy bien tengo uno de 11años que mi guatón , después dos bebés de de 6 meses a los tres los han atendido muy bien . Kirara y Cuki Ahora tengo que solicitar la hora para esterilizar a mis niñas y hasta ahora todo bien con ellas y con mi Guatón

Llevamos a nuestro perro a esterilizar. Si bien hay q esperar un buen rato. Fue costo cero. Se agradece la buena onda y buena voluntad de todo el personal. Muchas paciencia
