We have been going to Karin for 15 years with our dog, as well as the hairdresser. We highly recommend this veterinary for great service and professionalism.

A great place for pets! The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and clearly love animals. Every time I visit, they treat my pet with care and patience, answering all my questions (and I always have plenty!). The clinic is small but clean and well-organized. They offer a variety of services, sell dog food and toys, and even there’s a groomer services. The prices are fair—around 25,000–30,000 CLP for grooming my puppy, which I think is perfect. Since I had an appointment, there was no waiting time, and everything ran smoothly.

Wonderful Staff! Attentive and caring towards all their clients. Pets are treated with so much love and care. We highly recommend Karina and her staff to your pet needs.

Best vet ever!! Karina was very accommodating while I flew from Texas USA in communicating with me. When I arrived at to Santiago I came in with my two fen CT ie puppies that I adopted and she handled everything for me. It was very helpful because I didn’t speak any Spanish and she spoke English to me and that made everything go very smooth as well!! She handled all my travel documents for my puppies to travel so I didn’t have to go to the SAG at the airport. I can’t thank her enough!!! She was so kind!! My daughter lives here in Las Condes and uses her services as well and loves her veterinary as well. Thank you Karina for all that you do!! You have a beautiful heart!!

I was fortunate enough to find S.O.S. as soon as I arrived with our baby Niko, a three-year-old Shih Tzu.🐶 Karina and her staff were FANTASTIC, sweet and very professional! Daniela did an AMAZING job with his weekly grooming 🤩 and they made it EXTREMELY easy to get all the paperwork and required shots done to bring him back to the US 😅! I am both grateful and blessed to have found them. If you need care for your fur baby, this is the place to take them!!! 😍
