Al menos 2 de las 3 sesiones que tuve, llegaba al lugar y no estaba agendada mi hora, incluso tuve que devolverme a mi hogar una vez porque no llegó la profesional que me atendería, cuando podrían haber avisado con anticipación. Las profesionales que atienden se observan en sus rostros que estan cansadas y estresadas (con sobrecarga). Ofrecen promociones poco realistas, porque son acotadas (pocas sesiones) y eso no tienen mayor efecto en la persona.
