muy mala la atención, poco clara y amigable. Me atendio una tipa muy prepotente y poco preparada, sabia menos que yo del tema y eso que solo iba a solicitar 1 certificado , falta más empatía hay personas que vamos por primera vez a solicitar 1 cetificado, no tenemos porque saber todo, por alg ellos estan ahí y les pagan para brindar una buenna atención cordial y amigable.

Pésimo el servicio y el trato, solicito el mismo documento 2 a 3 veces todos los años por la fecha de vigencia que tiene para ocuparlo en trámites, lo hice por Internet enlace página y me cierran el petitorio con respuesta que ya no se hace de la misma forma sino que con otros datos, como lo necesito voy presencial y me dicen que cambio hace 1 o 2 meses aprox. la forma de solicitar y que debo pagarlo nuevamente, UNA FRESCURA LO QUE HACEN, Trate de explicar la situación Respuesta: si lo quiere, es solicitarlo de nuevo y volver a pagar los 25.000.- que no se compensan los pagos de una solicitud por otra y que uno lo pidió mal, PESIMO SERVICIO WEB, ya que podrían contestar por esta via el cambio y tener la opcion de modificar la solictud, PERDIDA DE TIEMPO Y DINERO.

Super mal servicio, si te equivocas en algún dato no te contactan para verificar sino que te cierran el petitorio y tienes que volver a pagar si necesitas el certificado! Una Estafa!!!!

No reciben consultas por correo electrónico, ni hacen reparos si la solicitud contiene un error en la individualización. Cobran $15.000 por decir: no corresponde.

MUY MODERNO, PERO NO SE HACEN CARGO CON SUS FALLAS. HICE UNA SOLICITUD ME ENVIARON 3 DOC DE 12 Y CERRARON EL PETITORIO Y NO HAY MANERA DE REPLICA Y PRACTICAMNETE SE QUEDAN CON LO QUE PAGASTE AUNQUE TE ENTREGARAN SOLO 3 DOCUEMNTOS Y NO 12 Y PARA REALIZAR UNA CORRECCIÓN DEBES ENVIAR OTRA SOLICITUD Y DEBES PAGAR
