El funcionario que atiende en caja mantiene una actitud prepotente y poco respetuosa hacia los usuarios. Entregó información de manera poco clara y con evidente falta de disposición.

El motivo de este reclamo se debe a la actitud poco profesional del funcionario que atiende en caja (varón), quien durante la atención mostró una conducta inapropiada, caracterizada por falta de disposición hacia el público. En particular, el funcionario no mantiene contacto visual con los clientes al momento de responder consultas, utiliza audífonos mientras atiende —escuchando música— y entrega información de manera poco clara y distante. Considero que este tipo de comportamiento refleja una falta de respeto hacia los usuarios y no se condice con el estándar de atención que se espera de una institución de este tipo. La atención al público requiere cortesía, disposición y profesionalismo, aspectos que en esta ocasión no se cumplieron.

Pésimo una pérdida de tiempo y el personal aburrido, contestan mal, no tiene información para dar una atención de excelente y además caro

Solicité un certificado de dominio vigente de una propiedad por medio del sitio web. Luego de más de 4 semanas me envían la boleta de honorarios del conservador pero no los documentos solicitados. Reviso la solicitud por el portal web y aparece como finalizado y enviado al usuario. Ante estos intento comunicarme via correo electronico y telefónico, sin tener ninguna respuesta. Derechamente un robo.
