Atienden pésimo aca me rayaron el tanque de mi motocicleta y después porque tuve que volver obligado a cargar de nuevo aca en auto y la atención pésima, mal modo.

Ayer fui a llenar el estanque de mi auto, me estacionó junto a la máquina que estaba desocupada y donde estaban las bomberas atendiendo, y sale una de ellas a decirme su auto tiene el estanque del otro lado, y yo le digo, si, lo sé, cuál es el problema?, tiene que cambiarse de la lado si no, no la puedo atender porque tienen instrucciones de no atender en esos casos. Yo me pregunto, está medida realmente es necesaria?, toda la vida han atendido así a lo largo de todo Chile en todas las bencineras, y convengamos que cambiarse al surtidor del frente no es tan fácil porque la bomba de Machali, tiene espacios justos, siempre está llena, y hay que retroceder casi hasta la calle y volver a entrar, y por último si es una nueva norma, no sé debiera primero dar a conocer a los usuarios, a través de señaléticas, campañas de marketing y otras. No puede ser que lo que debe ser un trámite expedito, ahora se ve entopecido una una estupidez, porque eso es una medida antojadiza. Sinceramente, sabiendo ahora que se ponen tan complicados prefiero pasar a hechar bencina a la Aramco que está en el Tottus.
