Un crudo molido en exceso y magro al punto de provocar poco deseo de degustar, sin ningún sabor a carne más parece una pasta de zapatos, ninguna preparación o cariño, trae unos potes de cebolla picada seca y sin sabor, unas verduras sacadas de alguna bolsa con sabor a preservantes, una mayonesa de supermercado con el mismo toque químico a aceite de motor y muchas muchas tostadas de pan molde ultra procesado, adorables para elevar los niveles de glucosa....en fin....nos vamos a otro lugar...

Buena comida para los que les gustas la comida valdiviana, lis crudos y ceviches. Ambiente relajado y familiar. Atención muy buena y personalizada.

Un lugar con comida maravillosa y grato ambiente, pedimos un crudo y comen dos fácilmente y está de maravillas. El ceviche de camarón y salmón es de otro nivel. De verdad que en general muy bueno el local, recomendado. Que le encontré mal? Que no tengan una carta física, independiente de que lo que tienen es súper acotado. Y lo otro, que me agregaron la propina sin preguntar, no quiero decir que no se la merecían, pero me gusta que me pregunten. Peor en general, volvería sí o sí a este local

Crudos Valdivia me encantó! Es un lugar muy cálido, estaba repleto pero aún así lograron acomodarnos con algo de paciencia y buena voluntad. Mientras se iba armando nuestra mesa esperábamos con un frozen pisco sour extraordinario. La atmósfera del lugar es muy cálida, de amigos, de familia. Los dueños estaban ahi, preocupados por que todo funcionara bien. Naturalmente la estrella es el crudo, así que ordenamos 4 para los 12 y anduvimos bien. Aquí debo mencionar que no es el mismo crudo de muchos otros lugares, ellos preparan la carne con maestría y perfección que no había probado antes ni en Santiago o Viña, realmente fue un descubrimiento muy grato. Regresaremos por mas!

La comida super rica, el lugar está hermoso, muy cómodo, tienes donde estacionar, la atención rápida y muy amables. Sin duda uno de los favoritos. Mil recomendado el ceviche de camaron!! ❤️ Mi hijo que no come crudos ni ceviche pidió un churrasco queso palta y estaba muy bueno. La iluminación excelente. Muy cómodo porque las mesas no están todas juntas. Los baños impecables. A modo de recomendación moderar el volumen e la música pero el resto es perfecto. Fuimos hace 1 semana y luego de años no pierde su calidad ni servicio. Felicitaciones ❤️❤️
