I would give you 6 stars and definitely recommend the restaurant for a Pizza in Punta Arenas. Here‘s why! The Pizza itself was good maybe one of the best in town. Nevertheless I cannot give 5 stars due to the used ingredients. You have to work with the ingredients you get, but I compare always with the same standards worldwide. The flour is not type 00, the mozzarella is some industrial casein plastic ans choclo on a quattro stagioni is a no go, even in Chile. BUT HERE‘s THE POINT. I saw that the pizzaiola burnt my pizza (to go, take away). She didn’t box and serve it, no, she made a new one! That‘s the sixth star!
