Could not (/didn't not want to) meet my basic needs as a customer and refused to close the doors after I told them I was cold, twice?? It's late evening coming into winter right now and they had their doors wide open, so the place is the same temperature as outside, at 10pm. The first time I said I was cold, they closed one of the two doors, as if that would change anything. Total lack of care, about the only customer sitting in their restaurant. I told them again a few minutes later I was still cold and they said no, they won't shut the door. I have never left a restaurant before because it was so cold I was uncomfortable, but this evening marks a first. I told them to just put the pizza in a takeaway box so I could eat at home where I'm not uncomfortably cold. Ridiculous experience. Besides that, the pizza was average - not the best, not the worst. No idea why it has such high reviews if that's the quality they serve to their customers with terrible service.

We found this place because we were just looking for a pizza and a beer within walking distance from where we are staying while traveling around Chile. A super chilled atmosphere and good music in a very nice backyard, excellent service, very good beer and a huge choice of pizzas. The family size pizza was huge and very tasty, and ok, so the pizza base isn’t stone baked but still very good and for the price, no complaints. I guess this would be more of a beer place that serves pizza rather than a pizza place that had beers. There are more rooms over several floors and very clean toilets. Definitely a good choice for any travellers in the area 👌
