Realicé una transferencia por una suscripción, pero el mismo día solicité la devolución, la cual fue aceptada por el gimnasio. Han pasado más de 1 mes, me han dado fechas de devolución que no se cumplieron y actualmente no responden los mensajes. Debido a esto, tuve que ingresar un reclamo en SERNAC por no devolución de dinero. Espero que no le pase esto a otra persona 🙏

La verdad, cuando contraté y consulté por planes ningún problema con la atención, super amables y dispuestos a ayudar. El problema comenzó cuando empecé a ir, el joven que está en el mesón, con una disposición nula a ayudar o atender, con mala cara y ánimo te habla como si le molestara tu presencia, era cosa de todos los días que él estaba, no tomándose en serio jugando con la música mientras, se mantenía muy afectuoso con su pareja presente en otros momentos, cero disposición para ayudar o resolver dudas, ya que se encontraba “muy ocupado”. Lo mismo, cuando ahora he consultado cosas que no sean para contratar servicios extra, no responden.

Muy bueno el lugar solo le falta algúnos detalles ejemplo : los baños son chicos y la ducha igual pero se pueden mejorar
