En la atencion a clientes de la clinica Antofagasta "cobranzas"... mala atencion las ehecutivas no atienden... y tienen un letrero que dice atienden una persona por modulo. Y NO ATIEBDEN SILO VEN EL CELULAR.😡😡😡

Pésimo, depende de la persona que te atienda en ventanilla es la versión que recibes respecto a los exámenes que son requeridos. Versión 1: Si hacemos examen x, versión 2: no hacemos examen x, versión 3: hacemos el examen pero debe pedir hora, versión 4: hacemos el examen pero no nos basta que el doctor lo indique en la receta, el doctor debe indicar en la receta porque desea hacer el examen x, version 5: su señora también debe traer su receta la indicación de su médico pese a que se trata de un tratamiento de planificación familiar (tener hijos) y debe cancelar previamente 200 lucas por cada examen y esperar que nosotros le vamos a llamar cuando debe tomarse el examen........ Ehhhhhhh, váyanse un rato bien largo a la csm!!!.

Very good clinic to receive yellow fever vaccination for us and our young children. Correspondence by email was excellent and prompt. El vacunatorio queda en un edificio cuyos ascensores son muy pequeños para la gran afluencia de público que tienen. La atención del personal es muy buena, la srta que vacuna es muy considerada, te dejan dar tetita mientras vacunan a tu bebe. Tienen red compra y te envían un correo avisándote la próxima vacuna y los cuidados post vacuna. Lo único a mejorar es que no atienden muy seguido el teléfono y las consultas al facebook tampoco las contestas. Pero en gral lo recomiendo.
