Pedí un caldillo de congrio que estaba malo, la sopa tenía sabor de haber sido descongelada, el pescado incomible parecía corcho y la papa parecía recocida y recalentada más de 2 veces. Pedimos una merluza frita y la fritura tenía pésimo sabor, nose si están friendo en aceite de pésima calidad o en combustible. A pesar de mis descargos no hubo reparación por parte del restaurante y le cobraron toda la cuenta igual. Pésima experiencia.

Segunda vez que vamos al Chilote. Estuvo muy bueno; merluza frita con ensalada chilena, Congrio a la plancha con ensalada palta y palmito, y ceviche, los 3 platos muy buenos. El pisco sour muy rico en su punto, el vino también. Los señores que atienden son preocupados y muy amables!. Felicitaciones al Chilote. Iremos por la próxima!.
