Horrible experiencia y peor aún la jefa ni siquiera tuvo la amabilidad de informar que íbamos a tener que esperar 1 hora para comer. NO PUEDE SER POSIBLE QUE AL CLIENTE NO LO CUIDEN Y LES DE LO MISMO, NOS TRATAN COMO SI NO FUÉRAMOS IMPORTANTES Y CUANDO UNO PREGUNTA QUÉ ES LO QUE PASA, se molestan … SRA DE LA CAJA, un poco más de empatía y amabilidad. Usted no sirve para ser ni jefa, ni coordinar su equipo.

Impresionante la demora, esperando a que me toman la comanda hace 45 minutos y aún estoy en la fila sin que pueda pedir algo para comer… peor aún, organización horrible y no saben cómo despechar los pedidos… no puede ser que algo tan conocido como el guaton no tengan un mínimo de respuesta hacia el cliente y aún estamos en la fila sin que nadie nos salga a dar una razón de la demora

Nos recomendaron probar un sandwiche Mechado y un Completo... en Uruguay le llamamos "pancho". Realmente el sandwiche no lo comimos y el completo comí la palta y el pan, dejando la carne porque no se podía comer. Ya de aspecto era muy desagradable por las porciones demenciales y el exceso tan grande de aderezos. Prefiero una porción más pequeña pero con mayor cuidado en la calidad.
