Años atrás recordaba este local por su buen servicio y calidad. Sin embargo, mi experiencia reciente fue decepcionante. Compré un pollo asado por $14.000 CLP y el producto entregado no cumplía con lo esperado: tenía aspecto de pollo cocido y, al cortarlo, el centro estaba crudo. Además, la atención recibida por parte de una colaboradora fue poco cordial y transmitía una actitud de evidente molestia. Espero que puedan revisar sus procesos de preparación y fortalecer la atención al cliente, ya que la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado.

Es muy rica su comida, pero nunca responden los whatsapp, estuve 40min esperando que me confirmaran que ya puedo ir y resulta que no me habían agendado y que debo esperar 20min más. Pésimo servicio.

No se lavan las manos manipulan el pollo así mismo y les dices que por favor sean más higiénicos y se hacen los locos… pésima actitud no compren s van q enfermar!

⚠️ Muy mala experiencia y riesgo sanitario ⚠️ Compramos una colación de pollo con papas fritas en El Pancho (Puente Alto). Al abrir el pedido, el pollo presentaba una coloración verdosa en su interior, algo que claramente no es normal ni seguro para el consumo (adjunto fotos). Lamentablemente alcanzamos a comer casi toda la colación antes de darnos cuenta. Al reclamar en el local, nos indicaron que el color era porque “ahí se apoya el fierro”, explicación que no justifica el estado del alimento. Ya se realizó el reclamo correspondiente en SERNAC y Seremi de Salud. Comparto esta experiencia para que otras personas tengan cuidado.

He comprado pollo asado solo antes y es bastante rico, quise probar las papas fritas, y fue una gran decepción, pasadas de aceite, insípidas, sin mencionar que son bastante costosas, para pésima calidad de producto que te entregan, una gran decepción
