La comida es buena y la ubicación. Todo lo demás es pésimo, sobretodo la atención. Depende de cómo te vean te atienden mejor o peor. Si vas con ropa de trabajo esperarás min 40 min para que te atiendan :(

Me encontré con una tremenda sorpresa en este local . El completo muy rico, pan crujiente , muy rico como debe ser. Las papas fritas también, de las mejores que me han tocado en este tipo de locales. Cosas a mejorar: por alguna razón el personal siempre pregunta: deja propina, y al responder que si, siempre te dicen cuánto.. como esperando más y no siempre es bien recibido, deberían considerar el 10% estándar. Lo otro la transparencia con lo que se paga. Sería bueno recibir el detalle o saber los precios, no están escritos en ningún lado entonces no hay transparencia de lo que se paga porque tampoco dan carta. Aún así le doy 5 por lo rica de la comida pero si mejoran eso se vuelven el mejor local de completos . Lo recomiendo con esas advertencias para quien vaya. Muy rico todo

La atención super! Para tener bastante gente, o sea el lugar lleno, no tardaron nada en traernos nuestros completitos, las meseras muy amables, ambiente acogedor, limpio y viejo. Nos toco musica en vivo.

This is almost an invisible place of a quite visible building, on the first floor you will find a diner kind of place where you can have our traditional Chilean hot dog or tasty Chilean sandwiches, and on the third floor you can find a nice place to have big meal for lunch. You just have to walk up the stairs and you'll find it. This restaurant is located right in front of one of the hotspots of the city, the "Empalme" and it's easy to get there but if you're not paying attention you can miss it. It's a very clean place with all the hygiene measures taken, the food is delicious and it's a home meal kind of place and it's very inexpensive. They have a credit card system but you can pay cash also. While you eat the view from the window can be enjoyed too. This is definitely one of our family new favorites. Go and see it for yourself.
