Los mayores sinverguenzuras en la zona. Si pudiera calificar con cero estrella lo haría. Darles una Estrella es mucho. No hay atención presencial y telefónicamente es una "bendición" que te comuniques y tomen en cuenta.

No dan buenas soluciones tienen problemas te lo solucionan con parches y vuelves de nuevo al problema y la misma excusa barata de siempre. Cortan la luz cuando quieren y no se hacen de tus productos quemados o que quedan con algún defecto. Son tan pencas como VTR

Hace varios meses llamo a ese número no contestan no está habilitado mi papá es de la tercera edad y el no puede ir a la sucursal si medidor se está cayendo hace varios meses y nosé que hacer el no quiere que lo haga alguien particular tampoco dice que no se puede ...y yo le obedezco no más ...que otro número tienen ??? Ahhh... Otra cosa en la sucursal no me dejan hacer a mi requerimiento por qué no soy la dueña y min papá no puede ir lo único que pido que acomoden el medidor a la pared está en un palo y el palo cedió

La atención es buena y rapida, la ejecutiva que da los números es amable y dispuesta a escuchar. La ejecutiva que me atiende para darme una solución a mi problema es desagradable, hace como que me escucha pero esta en todo momento pegada al computador y cuando por fin me mira hace casi que le explique todo de nuevo. Lo ultra negativo es que no se puede pagar la cuenta en la sucursal.
