Hay buenos precios y buen surtido de productos, sin embargo el despacho en el mesón es extremadamente lento, los vendedores se esmeran por hacerlo más expedito y ellos mismos salen a despachar. El horario de cierre no es a las 18:00 hrs fui a las 17:30 a comprar y ya estaba cerrado

Precios relativamente más bajos que la competencia. Sin embargo, la atención es muy lenta y deficiente. Me vendieron un producto que estaba en stock en la tienda, pero no en el sistema, al final no me lo pude llevar. A raíz de esto los trabajadores se pusieron a discutir entre ellos, haciendo sentir tremendamente incómodo a todos los clientes. Una compra que podría haber demorado 30 minutos, tardó cerca de 2 horas.

Explique lo que quería y aun así se equivocaron en el pedido, además pedí otro producto y no estaba, por otra parte la atención es muy muy demasiado lenta, más de ½ hora para que me atiendan solo había 1 persona atendiendo, luego esperar ½ hora para que me entregaran las cosas llegue 9:45 y salí de ahí 10:57 y solo para unos interruptores y su caja, ya que, lo demás no estaba. Una vergüenza que el vendedor no sepa lo que hay y haya que esperar a la persona de despacho y te diga lo que hay, bueno la cajera lo diga, porque la persona de despacho solo me dijo vaya a pagar y no me dijo estas cosas no están 🤦🏽‍♀️ totalmente decepcionada 😞, me habían hablado maravillas del lugar y mi experiencia fue horrible

Increiblemente agradable. La señora que me atendió fue muy amable conmigo: a pesar de que estaban cerrando temprano y que estamos en pandemia se dió el tiempo de atenderme, hacerme registrarme como usuario de empresa, rehacer un pedido completo a mano, vendérmelo cuando ya habian cerrado y además recomendarme otro lugar donde encontrar las cosas que no pude encontrar ahí.

Buenos precios en materiales eléctricos. El sistema de venta es un poco lento, ya que primero compras, después buscan, pagas y después retiras. Por lo tanto hay que ir con tiempo. La atención es amable. El estacionamiento por el lado de Cachapoal es pequeño
