Mire es una empresa como CGE.a la cual personalmente le estoy muy agradecido x las soluciones que le dan al cliente y eso se valora Gracias x todo Local limpio y una excelente atención Lo recomiendo

Ahora ya no es Elisa es CGE una empresa que administra los servicios de cuentas, por ende no se puede pagar cuentas ahí, solo funciona para atención comercial, cambiar datos y pedir un baucher para pagar vía sencillito, cajas vecinas, pagos por internet, etc

recien tubimos un temblor llamo a la line,600 quien tiene a mano luz una boleta con el numero de cliente , mas aun a oscuras , creo que esta empresa no tiene el personal adecuado ya que ni siquiera es capaz de tener un numero teléfono de emergencia como carabineros - y otros servicios para la comunidad espero que mi opinión sea acogida hace poco pasamos un terremoto si hay unos numeros pero estan fuera de srvicio en resumen pesima atencion solo les interesa que uno pague su consumo

Se corto la luz en el sector luis cruz martinez con jj perez y llamo por telefono ingreso numero de cliente y sale que es incorrecto no atienden las llamadas sin numeros de clientes no se puede hacer reclamo y me cortan la llamada HORRIBLE LA ATENCION llevamos mucho rato sin luz mas de 1 hora
