La atencion es pesima. Una trabajadora en especial, de pelo corto trata al cliente pesimo. Habla de una manera ironica y sarcastica. Cero ganas de atender y responder mal. Como si uno debiera saber todo. Para no venir mal. 0 estrellas.

Si existiera la categoría anti-Michelin, este lugar tendría aseguradas sus cinco estrellas. El desastre comenzó desde la atención: la cajera, más concentrada en su celular que en su trabajo, fue incapaz de escuchar o responder con claridad. Pedimos algo simple —una chaparrita sin tomate, solo jamón y queso—, y su nivel de desinterés fue tal, que terminó vendiéndonos una “napolitana” que, según ella, no llevaba nada más que jamón y queso. Mentira absoluta. Al llegar a casa, nos encontramos con una empanada digna de pesadilla: rellena de un tomate triste, insípido, de esos que parecen haber muerto hace días, acompañado por un exceso vulgar de orégano que ahogaba cualquier sabor decente. Lo que debía ser una experiencia agradable terminó en un engaño culinario, un fraude al paladar. Si Delicias Azucenas pretende vender “empanadas”, que al menos respeten lo que ofrecen, porque lo de hoy fue una falta de respeto al cliente y a la comida misma. Jamás recomendaría este lugar; al contrario, es un recordatorio perfecto de lo que un restaurante jamás debe hacer: mala atención, pésima calidad y cero respeto por quienes pagan.
