El otro día fui con la foto del medidor porque estaba sin luz, para que me cobraran lo que correspondía, y me dijeron que tenia que pagar la cuenta completa si quería que me dieran luz, y que no iban a mirar la foto que traía porque eso se hacía los días 5 de cada mes. Ósea me obligaban en el fondo a pagar un valor que "no correspondía" si quería que me dieran la luz ese día, o aguantarme Sin Luz hasta el 5 del mes siguiente para que me cobraran lo que correspondía por refacturación.

El otro día fui a hacer un convenio de pago, y la ejecutiva que me atendió me dijo que me subirían mucho intereses si lo hacía… siempre hice convenios y JAMÁS me cobraron intereses , creo q es una sinvergüenzura lo que hacen, hay gente que de verdad no tiene ni siquiera para pagar la cuenta y van a venir ustedes a cobrar más encima intereses ? Son horribles…

Hace más de un mes solicité que realizaran la limpieza de las ramas del cableado eléctrico, según ellos fueron pero no saben qué fecha, solo que cerraron la solicitud, diciendo que los trabajos fueron hechos en toda la cuadra, pero la realidad es que no hizo ningún trabajo, las ramas siguen entre los cables y al hablar con los ejecutivos dicen que ellos no pueden hacer nada, porque no pertenecen al departamento que realizan los trabajos y que ese departamento no se contacta con los clientes, ahora me piden una foto, que tendré que tomar cuando me encuentre en mi casa, para nuevamente esperar más de un mes para una solución. Cómo no va hacer posible contactar a la persona, cuando supuestamente realizan los trabajos.

Señores EEPA puente alto.me es grato dirigirme a uds.para agradecer,felicitar y destacar su pronta atención.el día de la tormenta de lluvia y viento.se cayó un tremendo árbol que correspondía a una casa.El árbol se arranco de raíz.causando varios daños especialmente en el tendido eléctrico. Quedando sin energía.A las 9 am estaba el equipo trabajando en el lugar,a las 13.30 hrs ya teníamos resuelto el problema.Es por esto mis palabras de agradecimientos .villa Bernardo Leyton puente alto.atte.patricia Olivares
